THE BEGINNING STAGES OF EDITING THE TRAILER
BY JOE BIKUTA
THIS IS THE BEGINNING STAGE OF THE TRAILER. WE TOOK MULTIPLE TEXTURE SHOTS AND CHOSE THE ONES I WANTED TO USE. WE USED 5 SHOTS TO CREATE THE FIRST 20 SECONDS OF THE TRAILER AS THE " TEXTURE SHOTS " I USED FADE TO BLACK AS A TRANSITION BECAUSE IT'S A TYPICAL CONVENTION FOUND IN HORROR TRAILERS. IT'S USED TO CREATE MYSTERY FOR THE AUDIENCE. I'VE ALSO ADDED CUT TO BLACK AS IT SIGNIFIES ABRUPTION. THE SUDDEN CUT MAKES increases the SUSPENSE FOR THE AUDIENCE

progress of final magazine
by charles whitewood
as i have demonstrated through these screenshots the final magazine has made progress each time it has been edited, this has been done through experimenting with different tools and different layouts, fonts, images, colour pallets, and positioning to make the magazine look as effective and professional as possible. I think that the magazine has been successful due to the fact that i have seen multiple real media texts that have allowed me to be more creative and unique, it has also helped me to be able to bricolage multiple different things i like about certain products and put it all together to match conventions, preference and to express and give purpose to the product.
Final poster
by levi bent
the final film poster which involved a various amount of editing skills to produce a poster such as ours, takes a huge amount of time. the software we mostly used to create the poster is Photoshop, photoshop allowed us to experiment and try out different ideas as to the design layout and main dominant images. the changes we've made have been drastic as the background has changed from a misty background to a all black one. furthermore all the extra additions containing the billing block, bbfc certificate and the production logos have all been fundamental to our final poster.
